Do you have a setup cost?

We provide a free set-up service that covers most shippers. But if you require more support, advanced configuration services are also available to purchase.

How many warehouses can I have?

There is no limit to the number of warehouses or stores you can have. You just need to configure your warehouses in the platform. You can do this yourself, or request help from our professional services team.

What is an origin shipping country?

This is the location from which the order is shipped. We use the origin country to help match you with carrier services that support your shipping needs.

What are partner carriers?

Partner carriers are courier providers that have partnered with Metapack to provide their carrier services on our platform.

Can I add more carriers?

Yes, you can add any number of carriers from the list in your plan. You just need to configure your chosen carriers and services within the platform. You can do this yourself, or request help from our professional services team.
