Econt is a transport and logistics group which consists of the companies Econt Trans Ltd. and Econt Express Ltd. Established in 1993 as a forwarding company providing fast deliveries of cargo shipments from and to every point in the country, with a possibility for subsequent groupage shipments to and from every part of Europe, the USA, China and Russia.
Econt Express Ltd was established in 1997, initially specializing in railroad transportation. Since 2000 it has been an operator of non-universal postal services. The company boasts the largest postal network in Bulgaria with over 500 offices.
The company has a market share of 40% of domestic shipments in Bulgaria and 85% of the whole e-trade sector in the country.
Econt Express offers courier services to any place within the country, as well as delivery of shipments to Romania and Greece.
Econt Express has also provided its customers with the Econtomat – lockers allowing the customers to send and receive shipments 24/7.
