As operations expanded, the company\u2019s in-house carrier integration solution struggled to keep pace with the demands of multi-warehouse operations, cross-border ecommerce, and the high-volume spikes that accompanied promotional periods such as Black Friday and product launches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe were either unable or only able with difficulty to provide a suitable carrier and delivery option for certain markets,\u201d said Zoltan Sagi, Freight &amp; 3PL Operations Manager at Nu Skin. \u201cThe Pick-Up Drop-off (PUDO) option was available only in a few markets.
