London, 3rd March 2015, UK – The Metapack Group, the leading provider of eCommerce technology for retailers’ delivery services, has been unveiled as one of the top 50 best-performing technology companies in the UK at the inaugural Megabuyte50 awards last night, taking 20th place.

The awards aim to identify the best-performing UK-based, privately owned mid-market technology companies. Megabuyte is the technology sector’s leading provider of corporate and financial intelligence on 1,500 public and private companies across Europe.

The announcement confirms Metapack’s excellence in financial performance, with more than 50 percent annual growth for the past five consecutive years. In a statement from Megabuyte, Metapack was described as benefiting from general growth in the eCommerce market alongside a strong response to other new market drivers. These include customer expectations for a higher level of customer service and an increased variety of industry options; factors which have driven Metapack to deliver this top-quartile growth.

Metapack’s CEO and founder Patrick Wall commented: “This award is a great testament to our team’s commitment to driving growth in the retail industry. We’re very pleased to be recognised alongside some of the UK’s most prominent technology companies in this listing and we’re looking forward to continued growth in the future.”
