Carrier Integration Analyst

Location Zielona Góra, Poland Position Permanent

The role holder is responsible for responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development Team. She or he is responsible for the analysis of the requirements and documenting them in form of User Stories, design documents or other agreed form. She or he provides business and domain support including requirements and acceptance criteria.

The role holder also encourages people to share knowledge for mutual benefit in improving skills and keeps an eye on developments in the industry; to recommend changes so that the skills within the function remain at the cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer requirements analysis
  • Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs
  • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Development Team will work on next
  • Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
  • Participate in projects at design, development and test level
  • Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications
  • Create and manage documentation of company products
  • Design IT solutions with respect to established requirements list in cooperation with other team members
  • Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules or other detailed deliverables
  • Take part in acceptance tests
  • Facilitate the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with project team and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to estimate effort required to deliver functional and non-functional requirements
  • To work with internal, external and third-party suppliers ensuing clear, effective and timely communication
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management by providing regular and accurate updates on the progress, risks and issues when needed
  • Plan, schedule and present demonstrations of system functionality as required

 Key Skills required

  • Experience in applying business analysis techniques in IT sector
  • Very good command of English language in speech and writing
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Good experience with Jira, SoapUI, Confluence
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret a set of technical requirements
  • Ability to define use cases
  • Ability to create test scenarios
  • Ability to automate acceptance tests
  • Extensive experience of working on projects delivered using Agile principles in a dynamic environment
  • Self-organized and ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Troubleshooting; responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions
