The MetaPack support team is a group of individuals with a wide range of skills and experience. Support issues are allocated into three generic areas: database, environment and label printing and manifest, to enable us to solve potential issues rapidly and ensure high availability of data.

MetaPack offers two levels of support, first and second line. 1st Line supports are able to fix a high proportion of issues without reference to a 2nd line. Where code changes may be required, our development team become involved.

MetaPack doesn't use call handlers. The support team is available, by e-mail in the day, and by phone at night, so that any support that needs outside of office hours, receive the same service commitment.
