DMS: enterprise

MetaPack Delivery Management System (DMS) is an enterprise solutions that is used by a majority of leading retailers in the UK.

Many DMS customers are shifting over 20,000 parcels a day, and the system itself has been successfully tested at allocating and printing labels at 50,000 parcels per hour.

DMS is integrated to all of the UK's leading parcel carriers. It has an order import capability but typically users will integrate DMS with their point of order (e.g. website) for delivery options; with their warehouse management system for carrier management and then use Metapack web screens for the customer care team.
