MetaPack delivery management solutions can be provided through two different software packages:
 
MetaPack Delivery Manager (DM) is designed for medium size shippers who despatch anything from 40 to 4,000 parcels a day. DM is a best in class despatching and reporting system that can be used with all UK carriers and many international carriers. Set up can be achieved in a day, no hosting or integration is required and it is also available with ready made integration to most of the UK's leading eCommerce engines. MetaPack DM is also the delivery engine behind IMRG's IDIS delivery manager.

MetaPack Delivery Management Software (DMS) is designed for larger shippers and many of its users despatch over 20,000 parcels a day. It has been tested at 50,000 parcels per hour. DMS is an enterprise solution that can be used with all UK carriers and many international carriers. Set up typically takes 6  to 12 weeks. DMS has some additional functionality particularly around capacity management.
