Bob Willett

Robert A. Willett was formerly Group Chief Executive Officer of Al-Futtaim in January 2010 following his retirement from Best Buy. Prior to joining Al-Futtaim, Willett was the Chief Executive Officer of Best Buy International appointed in 2003 where he sponsored and chaired Best Buy Europe, which included the joint venture with Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy Mobile. He was previously global managing partner for Accenture’s Retail Practice and was also a member of the Accenture Executive Management Committee. Willett has held executive positions with King Fisher PLC, Group Chief Executive of the Gateway corporation and Managing Director of Littlewoods stores, in addition to other retailers in Europe. He was appointed to the board of directors for LightHaus Logic, Inc., a technology based business intelligence company located in Vancouver. CIO Magazine named Willett to the CIO Hall of Fame in 2008.

Patrick Wall

Patrick incorporated MetaPack in November 1999.  He is responsible for strategic direction and team leadership. His career includes operations director and general manager for ICS, a national carrier delivering over 100 million items a year and a director of the specialist courier network, Hays DX. He has also worked with retailers as a strategy consultant with McKinsey Inc and as a supplier with Cadbury Schweppes plc. Patrick has over 25 years’ experience in distribution operations, consulting, sales and marketing.

Karl Wills

COO

Originally at MetaPack in 2000, Karl returned in November 2009 to take on the role as COO. Karl is responsible for MetaPack’s Product Development, Support, Infrastructure, Carrier Integration and is leading the acceleration of MetaPack into Europe. In between the MetaPack roles, he worked for Abacus Billing as CEO before its sale to Mind CTI, successfully managing the company turnaround at Solution 1 as COO and interim CEO where he focused on improving their delivery function as well as their IT infrastructure; Prior to joining MetaPack that he has held roles such as Senior Supply Chain Director for EMI Records (based in The Netherlands), IT Director for EMI Operations and IT Director EMI France as well as a number of other UK and European IT and Logistics roles. This provides Karl with over 30 years experience in general management and the IT, logistics and warehouse industry.
