MetaPack Delivery Manager (DM) goes live with Trinity Street

Trinity Street operates exclusive Managed Services on behalf of rights-owners. Trinity chose MetaPack as they were impressed with the new Delivery Manager - Software as a Service - solution. Trinity had previously integrated to parcel carriers themselves but found this time consuming and expensive, as well as difficult to maintain against shifting carrier requirements. Trinity integrated to MetaPack Delivery Manager (DM) using MetaPack’s published APIs. These are webservice based points of integration. Trinity used MetaPack’s on line test site and help centre to complete their integration. As part of their first stage Trinity St have just gone live with on one of their sites and intend to extend that to a further 200 throughout Summer 2008.
