MetaPack appoints David Burtenshaw as new Chairman
Former CEO of Lynx Express joins Delivery Management Solutions Provider

LONDON, 27 FEBRUARY 2006 - MetaPack appoints David Burtenshaw as new Chairman. David Burtenshaw has held senior board positions in the parcels sector for 26 years with Federal Express (where he became Managing Director of their home delivery business), ANC and Lynx Express. He became CEO of Lynx in 1999 and Chairman of the Board of the EuroExpress partnership in 2001 of which Lynx was a leading member. In 2005 David managed the sale of Lynx to UPS and has since taken the opportunity to diversify and develop a number of business interests outside the parcels sector.
