MetaPack Delivery Manager (DM) goes live with DSGI Returns

After re-evaluating a somewhat laborious process of receiving calls, authorising returns and then sending hard copy label and returns documentation via whitemail, DSGI Returns introduced MetaPack Delivery Manager (DM).  All despatched orders for all chains are now automatically uploaded into DM, and the customer care team can now search customer details under order number, name, postcode etc.  DM holds individual carrier information and DGSI customer care can access carrier information retail time and choose a specific day for collection and delivery. DM then automatically emails the customer to confirm delivery and provide tracking access, sends a returns coupon and an address label. DSGI are currently using DHL and DPD for returns and they offer full tracking status to MetaPack.
