MetaPack was founded in November 1999. It is a private company historically funded by private equity. MetaPack generates a competitve operating margin that is reinvested into product enhancement. MetaPack is highly focused and only develops and supports software for delivery management and associated customer service areas. MetaPack code is developed and supported by the MetaPack team and as such MetaPack owns all required Intellectual Property.

MetaPack offices are based in Clerkenwell, London EC1, where it has operated since inception. The MetaPack team have extensive experience in software development and support, operational management, the parcel carrier market and wider logistics.
