Doddle is the first service in Britain to have fully-staffed, dedicated shops for collecting, returning and sending parcels. With a network of shops in and around railway stations and high footfall locations across the country, we’re building a business based on convenience and consumer choice.

Between launch in May 2014 and the end of 2014, Doddle has opened c.30 dedicated parcel shops, and the company intends to roll out over 250 shops by 2017. The parcel shop network is open to all retailers and parcel delivery companies.

For retailers and carriers, Doddle’s convenient opening hours, prominent locations and fully staffed service means a higher rate of first-time deliveries and a better experience for customers. The enhanced customer satisfaction will help drive repeat sales. Doddle will also help retailers and carriers save costs by consolidating deliveries to Doddle hub locations and by reducing customer service enquiries, complaints and compensation claims.


Products & Services

  •  Collect – partner retailers offer delivery to a Doddle store as an option at checkout or individuals can sign up to use a Doddle store as an alternative delivery location
  •  Send – consumers can send a parcel domestically or internationally with Doddle’s fast and reliable delivery solutions from just £2.99
  • Return – consumers who want to return something can send it straight back for free (if bought from selected partners), or for as little as £2.99

Doddle is a public/private partnership between Network Rail and Lloyd Dorfman, the founder of Travelex.
