The durations of each API call will vary depending on the input parameters. For example, creating a batch of 10 consignments will take longer than creating a batch of 3. Similarly, producing the label file for a 100-parcel consignment will take longer than one containing just a single parcel.

In the spirit of openness, we provide you with the statistics off of our main live system. These are produced daily, allowing you to see how things vary over time. We also supply all the data in CSV format, so you can produce your own charts.
