How can I get technical support?
During pre-sales, technical support and advice is available by arrangement via your salesman. If you've not been involved with a salesman (or an account manager), you're encouraged to contact the Sales team via email (sales@metapack.com). But if you're not interested in talking to sales staff, you can contact the MetaPack Development team via email (dev@metapack.com).
During development, you can contact the MetaPack Development team via email (dev@metapack.com). Although we're technically open 09:00 to 17:00, we occasionally answer queries out-of-hours and at weekends. We do not offer a phone number, but will join conference calls if enough notice is given.
Once live, you can contact the MetaPack Support team via email (dmsupport@metapack.com) between 09:00 and 17:00, or by phone (020 7843 6722). If you've the 24-hour support contract, you can use the 24/7 emergency number.
